⚠ Heads up — you'll need to bring a few things! Only power cords are included. You'll need your own HDMI or AV cables to connect your device. We also strongly recommend bringing an extra extension cord and a power strip to make setup a breeze.
💡 Pro tip: If your device supports Bluetooth, connecting to the speaker wirelessly is the easiest option — no extra cables needed at all!
2 Picking Up Your Rental
🎉 Pick up the day before your event! We highly recommend grabbing your rental a day early so you have time to do a test run at home. Trust us — you'll feel so much better walking into your event knowing everything works perfectly!
✅ We test everything before you leave. A Day & Night team member will walk through all the equipment with you at pick-up and make sure everything is working great before you head out.
✅ What We Check Before You Go
3 Setting Up & Wrapping Up — Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Pick Your Spot — Set up in a wind-protected area like behind your garage, shed, or house. The more sheltered, the better! Wind is the screen's biggest enemy — a sheltered spot makes all the difference.

Unpack Screen — Remove the inflatable screen from its storage bucket and lay it flat on the ground in your chosen location.

Inflate Screen — Plug the screen's power cord into an outlet or power strip. Allow the screen to fully inflate before proceeding.

Position Screen — Straighten the screen frame and move it into your desired viewing direction. Ensure it is level before attaching the white screen.

Attach White Projection Screen — Attach the white screen panel to the inflatable frame using the provided attachment points.

Lift & Secure Screen — Raise the screen to its upright position and secure it stably so it won't shift during use.

Hook Up the Electronics — Plug everything into your power strip and connect your device via HDMI. Place the projector about 12–18 ft from the screen for the best picture. Bluetooth speaker connection is easiest if your device supports it!

🎬 Enjoy Your Event!

Pack It All Up — Remove the white screen panel and tuck it back in its bag. Deflate the screen and pack everything neatly into the storage buckets. Please don't leave equipment outside overnight — rain damage unfortunately isn't covered by the rental.

Return the Gear — Bring everything back to 321 N Elm St, Westfield, MA by your agreed return date/time, packed up in the provided buckets and bags. Returning on time helps us serve the next family — late returns may result in an additional day's charge.
📋 Just a friendly reminder: Day & Night Party Rentals is a rental company — not a tech support service. We make sure every piece of equipment is fully tested and working before it leaves our office. Connecting your personal devices, cables, and streaming services is up to you! If you're unsure how to hook things up, we recommend doing a test run the day before your event so you have plenty of time to figure it out.
