    Important Pick Up Requirements — Read First
    Right Vehicle Required Pickup truck, trailer, or large SUV for bounce houses & tents. Standard cars are too small.
    Bring a Helper At least one additional person is required for lifting and loading heavy equipment.
    No Staff Loading Our team cannot assist with loading or unloading equipment into customer vehicles.
    Arrive On Time Check your pickup window and arrive promptly so we can serve all customers efficiently.
    Late Return Policy: Equipment returned after your scheduled time will be charged a full additional rental day — no exceptions.

    Rolled bounce houses typically weigh 100+ lbs. A pickup truck, trailer, or large SUV with seats folded is required. Do not arrive in a standard sedan.
     
    Quick Setup Basics

    Choose a flat, open area with generous clearance on all sides of the inflatable.

    Clear the area of all sharp objects, sticks, rocks, and debris before setting up.
    3
    Position the bounce house within safe reach of a standard electrical outlet for the blower.
    4
    Follow the included instruction sheet for proper inflation, anchoring, and safe operation.
     
    Safety Rules
    Adult supervision required at all times during use.
    No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside.
    Keep the entrance clear — never overcrowd.
    Stop use immediately if wind or weather becomes unsafe.

    Tent frames and canopies are bulky and heavy. A pickup truck, van, or trailer is strongly recommended for anything 10×10 or larger.
     
    Setup Tips

    Choose a flat, level surface free of overhead hazards like low-hanging branches or power lines.

    Assemble the frame fully before attaching the canopy to ensure proper fit.
    3
    Stake or weight down all legs as directed — never leave a tent unsecured in open areas.

    Do not leave tent unattended in high winds. Collapse and store it if severe weather approaches.
     
    Safety Rules
    Lower or collapse the tent in high winds or storms.
    Keep all open flames and heat sources away from canopy material.
    Always secure legs with stakes or sandbags provided.
    Inspect for damage before each use and report any tears or bent poles.

    Folding Chairs Stack easily and fit into most vehicles. Lightweight and quick to arrange at your venue.
    Large quantities of tables and chairs may require a truck or van. Plan your vehicle space based on the amount reserved.

    Machine Setup & Use

    Place the machine on a stable, flat surface near a standard 120V electrical outlet.
    2
    Allow adequate warm-up time before use — refer to the included instruction card per machine type.
    3
    Keep machines away from water, rain, and direct contact with children without adult supervision.
    4
    Clean the machine and remove all supplies before returning. Return fees may apply for machines returned dirty.
     
    Important Notes
    Use a dedicated outlet — do not daisy-chain extension cords.
    Keep all machines away from water and wet surfaces.
    Adult supervision required when children are near hot machines.
    Return machines clean and empty — cleaning fees may apply.
